This is a little piece of news I heard from a friend in Haiti and also tele diaspora (boston) on sunday.
The news is about a group of foreigners who are giving vaccinations to students specially in Gonaive and giving them $100 for it. The news started to speculate when the [...] vaccination left a scar which looks like an animal on their arms. Parents started calling education national to find out the reason their kids are being vaccinated and the answer is no one knows. Then they got in touch with the health department and the answer was that they have not giving permission to any foreign group to give vaccinations.
Well as it stands as of sunday there is no answer and the parents are afraid.
