Helping Women in Crisis

By Peter Richards, IPS, 2 April 2000. Iona Erlinger-Ford has been a champion for women in the fight against domestic violence. Twelve years ago, Erlinger-Ford along with a small group of women, opened the St. Lucia Crisis Centre for victims of domestic violence.
