new telecenters, funded by Acacia with contributions from the
local community and one of the country's big cell phone
providers. A computer center outside Kampala that is accessible
to low and middle income residents. A LAN with dialup to a local
ISP, photocopy and FAX services, and a wireless phone network in
planning.
